Located in the new UC next to Mcdonald's. I usually get lunch here when the line at Chick-Fil- A is a hot mess. I usually get the plate which gives you 2 sides and 1 main. Their noodles are a bit bland so get some soy sauce when you check out. It can be a bit pricey but it's a big portion for me unless I'm starving.
Go through the express lane if you're in a hurry. It's a lot shorter but less option. Some sides will cost you extra so look at the signs. -

We were visiting on the University of Houston campus last week. We bought food, but the people at the counter refused to sell us a small bottle of water unless we were students who belonged to a "club." They didn't even have water available at the soda machine. They did offer to sell us a very large bottle of water. Ridiculous. This was our first time at a Panda Express. We won't patronize Panda Express again.

It's alright. I do feel like the portions in this panda express are a lot smaller than the other ones I've been to though. Same with the quality. .....I feel like they filled half my plate the last time I went....

I've never had a bad experience at Panda Express before until today, which is why i'm writing this review. I ordered the plate with 2 entrees and a side of rice which normally would cost around $7 something, but my total came out to be $9 something. Excuse me? I ordered the plate not the bigger plate...unless the cashier can't read. Honestly, i would have been okay if my portion was at least big enough. Unfortunately, the "plate" i got was so small. It's much smaller than a normal plate, and i would know because I've had Panda Express several time. Not only did i get ripped off, the people that works here seems to lack common sense. There was another guy infront of me but they were still working on his order and mine was done so it was passed to the cashier. So intuitively, i skipped the guy ( his order was still being made) to go to the cashier and pay, but the cashier said "oh you skipped the line" and told me to go back in line and wait another whole minute for the order infront of me to finish being made. WHAT?? i don't understand?!?!? why are you wasting my time and your time? With this being said, i'm never giving Panda Express my money again and i advise that you don't either.

First time I've ever been to panda express and their food is god awful. I had the sweet sour chicken and people are literal garbage at cooking. I might as well hop over the counter and show them how to cook chinese food.
I ordered the noodles with sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. Just from the taste I can tell you their process of making it. They slice the chicken into little pieces and coat it with large amount of dough to make the pieces of chicken look bigger. Then they most likely sink then chicken into soy sauce and vinegar. The chicken has no sweet taste at all and is so sour it burned my nose a bit when I tried to sniff the chicken.
Noodles are garbage as well. These people most likely took already made raw noodles and stir fried it with soy sauce and nothing else.
This place is awful. Bleh.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
